1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The client cancels the project before work has started.

  • We fail to deliver the agreed services as outlined in the contract.

  • There is an error in billing or duplicate payment.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Work has already commenced or services have been delivered.

  • Delays or issues are caused by the client not providing required information.

  • Client requests changes after project start that impact cost or timeline.

  • Consultations or support sessions have already been conducted.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for projects terminated mid-way, based on the work completed up to that point.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email workmingle3@gmail.com with “Refund Request” in the subject.

  • Provide your name, project details, and reason for the request.

  • We will review and respond within 7 business days.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
